There is no form here and no pitch waiting on the other side. Write to me the way you'd write to a colleague.
- Who you are and the organisation you're writing from.
- What's going on — the system, the team, the decision — in your own words.
- What you're hoping for: advice, a build, a workshop, a mentor, a talk.
- Any dates that matter.
What kind of work do you take on?
Systems design, modernisation and digital transformation for governments, NGOs and growing organisations — engagements where the problem is institutional, not just technical. Also teaching, mentoring and speaking.
Do you work remotely, or only in Malawi?
Both. I'm based in Lilongwe and most of my public-sector work is in Malawi, but advisory work, reviews, training and mentoring happen online as easily as in a room.
Do you teach or run training for teams?
Yes — workshops for engineering and ICT teams, training for leadership teams, and guest lectures for universities. Send the audience, the topic you have in mind and the dates.
Do you mentor individuals?
A few people at a time, mostly engineers growing into systems-level roles and founders building their first real systems. Write to me with where you are and where you want to be.
Do you advise startups?
Selectively, where systems thinking is the bottleneck. The first conversation is free of charge and of obligation.
What is the fastest way to reach you?
Email. I read every message myself.
